Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 6, 2026 | Last Updated: September 6, 2026
Contact: phantomix.00@gmail.com | Country: India
Final Privacy Principle: Phantomix aims to follow a simple principle: Collect what is reasonably necessary, use it for a clear purpose, protect it appropriately, and avoid unnecessary storage.

1. Introduction

Phantomix respects user privacy and aims to minimize unnecessary collection of personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how Phantomix may collect, use, process, store, share, and protect information when you use the Phantomix website, applications, utilities, accounts, community features, waitlist services, DiamondMax, future products, forms, and support channels.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors and users of Phantomix services operated through the Phantomix ecosystem. Phantomix is currently an independent technology project and is not represented by this Privacy Policy as a registered corporation or financial institution.

3. Information Phantomix May Collect

3.1 Account information: For account-based functionality, Phantomix may process email address, name, username, password or authentication credentials, account identifiers, account status, and information necessary to provide the relevant service. Passwords should be stored using appropriate security mechanisms.

3.2 Waitlist information: If you join a Phantomix waitlist, Phantomix may collect information such as your email address and information necessary to manage the waitlist. Waitlist information may be stored using Phantomix's backend infrastructure, including Supabase.

3.3 Community information: If you use Phantomix Community functionality, information associated with your community account and activity may be processed (identifiers, usernames, messages, moderation data).

3.4 DiamondMax: DiamondMax is currently a demonstration/pre-launch product. Where functionality uses backend infrastructure, information necessary to operate that functionality may be processed through services such as Supabase. It should not currently be interpreted as a live monetary-reward platform.

3.5 NexPay (nexpay.web.app): When you authenticate on NexPay using Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication), we receive only your basic Google profile information (email address, display name, and unique user UID) strictly to reserve and lock your custom @nexpay handle in our Cloud Firestore database. We do not access your contacts, private emails, or real banking credentials.

4. Information We Do Not Currently Intentionally Store

5. Local Processing

Certain Phantomix tools are designed to process information locally in the user's browser or device (e.g., image utilities, file-processing, compression, metadata-removal, encoding utilities). However, local processing does not mean that every component of the webpage is completely disconnected from the internet. The surrounding website may still use analytics, hosting infrastructure, and external libraries.

6. Supabase & Google Firebase

Phantomix uses Supabase and Google Firebase (Firestore, Realtime Database, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Hosting) for platform functions, including authentication, account management, community, waitlists, NexPay handle reservations, and DiamondMax-related functionality. These services operate as trusted cloud infrastructure providers.

7. Google Analytics & 8. Search Console

Phantomix uses Google Analytics for website measurement and analytics to understand website traffic, page usage, and technical behaviour. Phantomix does not use Google Analytics as authorization to sell users' personal information. Phantomix may also use Google Search Console for website administration and search visibility diagnostics.

9. Google AdSense

Phantomix has integrated or may integrate Google AdSense advertising code. At the time of this Privacy Policy, AdSense activation may still be pending review. If advertising becomes active, Google may process information in accordance with their policies. Phantomix does not intentionally direct targeted advertising at children.

10. Cookies and Browser Storage

Phantomix may use browser-based technologies such as cookies, local storage, session storage, and indexed browser storage for settings, authentication, functionality, analytics, and security. Clearing browser data may remove locally stored information.

11. Information From Your Device & 12. IP Addresses

Phantomix may access technical information made available by your browser (type, OS, screen dimensions, timezone). While Phantomix does not intentionally maintain a dedicated IP database for profiling, IP addresses may technically be visible to infrastructure providers as part of normal internet communication.

13. Device Fingerprinting

Phantomix currently provides a browser/device information demonstration tool but does not claim to maintain persistent device-fingerprint profiles. Future anti-fraud systems may require additional identifiers, which will be disclosed appropriately.

14. How Phantomix Uses Information

Phantomix processes information to provide requested services, manage accounts, operate community/waitlist features, maintain security, detect fraud, improve performance, communicate updates, and comply with legal obligations.

15. Data Minimization & 16. Data Sharing

Phantomix follows a data-minimization approach. We do not sell users' personal information. Information may be processed by third-party providers (Supabase, Google, hosting providers) when reasonably necessary to operate Phantomix.

17. Third-Party Links & 18. External Services

Once you leave Phantomix or interact directly with a third-party service (like temporary-email services), that service's own privacy policy applies. Phantomix does not control these independent practices.

19. Data Retention & 20. Data Deletion

Phantomix retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary. You may contact Phantomix regarding deletion of personal information associated with your account by emailing phantomix.00@gmail.com.

21. Security & 22. Password Security

Phantomix uses reasonable measures (HTTPS/TLS, authentication controls) to protect information. Users are responsible for choosing strong passwords and protecting credentials. Never send your full password through support communication.

23. Children and Age-Restricted Services

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, an individual under 18 is defined as a child. Phantomix currently restricts account-based, community, DiamondMax, and paid membership functionality to adults unless compliant alternatives are implemented. We do not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from children.

24. No Targeted Child Advertising & 25. International Processing

Phantomix does not intend to use children's personal data for targeted advertising. Some third-party technology providers may process information outside India subject to their infrastructure and legal requirements.

26. User Rights & 27. Grievances

Users may have rights relating to their personal information regarding access, correction, and deletion. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email phantomix.00@gmail.com with a clear subject like "Privacy Request Phantomix".

28. Future Products

As the ecosystem evolves, future products may introduce payments, rewards, or subscriptions. Material changes to processing will result in updated privacy disclosures.

29. Phantom-Trade & 30. DiamondMax

Phantom-Trade is currently disabled and not processing gift cards or payouts. DiamondMax is a demonstration product and does not guarantee real-world monetary rewards. Data practices will be separately disclosed if these transition to live financial services.

31. Data Breaches & 32. Policy Changes

In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, Phantomix will investigate, secure systems, and notify parties where required. Phantomix may update this policy, indicated by the "Last Updated" date.
