1. Introduction & 2. About Phantomix

Welcome to Phantomix. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Phantomix website, subpages, utilities, accounts, Community, waitlists, DiamondMax, and future products. Phantomix is currently an independent technology project and is not a registered company, financial institution, or cryptocurrency exchange. Utilities are provided for informational, educational, experimental, privacy, or demonstration purposes.

3. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing Phantomix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, and that you will use Phantomix only for lawful purposes without misusing infrastructure.

4. Age and Eligibility

Phantomix uses different age requirements depending on the nature of a service. The publicly accessible informational portions may be viewed by users of all ages. However, specific utilities have the following minimum age requirements:

Phantomix does not intentionally design account-based services for children under 18. Users must not falsely represent their age to obtain access to a restricted service.

5. Phantomix Services & 6. Demo Products

A product may be labelled LIVE, DEMO, BETA, EXPERIMENTAL, COMING SOON, or DISABLED. Some products (like DiamondMax) are demonstrations/prototypes and may contain bugs, simulated information, or change without notice. No current DiamondMax page should be interpreted as guaranteeing real monetary rewards.

NexPay (nexpay.web.app): NexPay is currently a pre-launch handle reservation portal and virtual FinTech simulator. The "25,000 Ps" displayed in the Early Vault are virtual in-app ecosystem points and do not represent real-world currency, bank deposits, or withdrawable fiat money.

7. Phantom-Trade

Phantom-Trade is currently DISABLED. Phantomix does not currently offer it as an active gift-card exchange or financial service. Users must not submit gift-card PINs, cryptocurrency, or banking credentials to Phantom-Trade.

8. Accounts & 9. Community

Certain functionality requires an account. You must not share passwords, impersonate users, or bypass authentication. Community participation must remain lawful. You must not use Phantomix Community to harass, distribute malware, conduct scams, or expose private information. Phantomix may suspend accounts or remove content to protect platform integrity.

10. Cybersecurity and Security Tools

Some Phantomix utilities are educational/defensive cybersecurity tools (e.g., password-strength testing, simulated terminals). These must only be used for lawful purposes on systems you are authorized to test. You must not use Phantomix to gain unauthorized access, deploy malware, or facilitate cybercrime.

11. Local-Processing Tools & 12. Third-Party Services

Certain utilities are designed to process information locally within the user's browser. However, network requests, analytics, or third-party infrastructure (like Supabase, Google Analytics, GitHub) may still operate separately. Phantomix does not make a blanket claim that every service is completely zero-storage.

13. Analytics & 14. Advertising

Phantomix may use analytics (like Google Analytics) to understand traffic and behavior. Phantomix may also use Google AdSense, though its presence does not guarantee active ads or revenue. Phantomix does not guarantee the accuracy or safety of third-party advertisements.

15. Membership & 16. Referrals

Phantomix may introduce paid memberships or referrals in the future. A future payment is for membership benefits and does not grant ownership, equity, or guaranteed returns in Phantomix. Referral rewards will only apply after official launch subject to anti-fraud rules.

17. User Content & 18. Intellectual Property

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have necessary rights. By submitting content, you grant Phantomix permissions reasonably necessary to operate that service. Phantomix's original branding, logos, software, and design are owned by Phantomix and may not be commercially exploited without permission.

19. Feedback & 20. Prohibited Activities

Feedback may be used to improve products. You must not: violate laws, interfere with infrastructure, reverse-engineer (where prohibited), scrape systems, distribute malware, impersonate personnel, or manipulate referral systems.

21. Security & 22. Availability

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge inherent risks in internet transmission and should use strong passwords. Phantomix is evolving, and features may be suspended, removed, or redesigned without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.

23. Disclaimers & 24. No Professional Advice

Services are provided "as available" and "as is". Phantomix does not guarantee error-free operation or complete security. Phantomix utilities do not constitute legal, financial, cybersecurity, medical, or tax advice.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phantomix and its contributors will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the services.

26. Suspension & 27. Changes to Terms

Phantomix may suspend access for violation of Terms or security concerns. Phantomix may update these Terms as services evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

28. Product-Specific Terms & 29. Governing Law

Certain products may have additional terms that apply if they conflict with these general Terms. These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to competent jurisdiction in India.
